Role scope
- Deliver sight tests, clinical assessment and patient communication to a consistently high standard.
- Use professional judgement around referral, clinical escalation and patient education.
- Work with the practice team to keep clinics safe, smooth and commercially aware without rushing clinical quality.

- Testing structure, equipment, appointment length and support team context.
- Saturdays, late clinics, locum dates or permanent rota expectations.

Candidate profile
